Today’s the day. This is it. My flight leaves at 10:57 am, so say some big prayers for Jonah and I as we head out!
We’ve been in the car about 10-15 minutes and all my sisters are already knocked out asleep, my dad is passed out in the front, and my mom is working on her coffee as she drives. The sky is just beginning to get light. Think I’ll miss those West Texas sunsets the most.
I’m thankful for the friends and the family who have loved me harder this week and made this “See you later” the hardest. I’m really nervous about being on a plane for over 13 hours straight, but I can’t wait to see what awaits me in South Korea. Seven seconds of bravery and I’ll be there.
See you in Korea!

You are never alone. Your guardian angel is with you all the way watching over you. And our hopes and prayers are following you also.
